Acceptance of Terms

By using Bullfighter Studio's software products, including our Chrome Extensions, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

License and Usage

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software products in accordance with these terms.

You may not modify, distribute, sell, or lease our software
You may not decompile or attempt to extract the source code
You may not use our software for any illegal purposes

Teams Chat Backup - Specific Terms

The following additional terms apply specifically to the Teams Chat Backup Chrome Extension:

Official Support Period

Support Through December 31, 2026: We commit to providing official support, updates, and maintenance for Teams Chat Backup until December 31, 2026
Included Support: During this period, we will provide bug fixes, security updates, and compatibility updates for Microsoft Teams interface changes
End of Support: After December 31, 2026, we may discontinue updates and support. Users will be notified at least 90 days in advance if the extension will be discontinued
No Guarantee Beyond Support Period: We make no warranties about functionality or compatibility after the support period ends

Account Requirements and Authentication

Google Account Authentication: A Google/Gmail account is required to sign in and verify your license for the extension
Separate from Microsoft Account: The Google account used for extension authentication does NOT need to be the same as your Microsoft Teams account. These are two completely independent authentication systems
Multiple Account Flexibility: You can sign in to the extension with any Google account (e.g., "personal@gmail.com") while using it to backup Teams conversations from any Microsoft account (e.g., "work@company.com")
No Cross-Platform Link Required: There is no requirement for your Google and Microsoft accounts to be linked, associated, or have the same email address

Data Ownership and Responsibility

Your Data Ownership: All backup files created by the extension are your property and stored locally on your device
No Server Storage: We do not store, access, or have any copies of your backed-up Teams conversations on our servers
User Responsibility: You are responsible for managing, securing, and maintaining your backup files
Backup Integrity: While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accurate backups, you should verify backup integrity and maintain additional backup methods for critical data
Microsoft Terms Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring your use of the extension complies with Microsoft's Terms of Service and your organization's policies

Permitted Use

Personal backup and archival of your own Teams conversations
Compliance with data retention requirements (subject to your organization's approval)
Personal record-keeping and reference purposes

Prohibited Use

Accessing or backing up conversations you do not have legitimate access to
Using the extension to violate any applicable laws or regulations
Circumventing your organization's data retention or security policies
Sharing, distributing, or selling backed-up conversations that contain confidential information
Using the extension in any way that violates Microsoft's Terms of Service

Microsoft Teams Compatibility

Best Effort Compatibility: We will make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility with Microsoft Teams during the support period
Third-Party Changes: Microsoft may change Teams at any time, which could temporarily or permanently affect extension functionality
No Affiliation: This extension is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by Microsoft Corporation
Update Timeline: We will work to address compatibility issues within a reasonable timeframe, but cannot guarantee immediate fixes for all Teams changes

License Verification

The extension requires periodic license verification through your Google account
You must maintain an active internet connection for license verification
We reserve the right to revoke licenses for violations of these terms

Kimondal - Specific Terms

The following additional terms apply specifically to the Kimondal web platform:

Subscription Plans

Free Plan: Includes up to 30 services per month and 1 user account. No payment required
Pro Plan: $49/month or $490/year (save 20%). Includes unlimited services, up to 5 team members, priority support, and custom branding
Payment: Subscription payments are processed securely through Stripe, supporting credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay
Cancellation: You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing period

Data Ownership

All business data you enter into Kimondal (employees, services, clients) remains your property
You can request data export or account deletion at any time
Upon account deletion, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days

Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible
We are not liable for data loss due to unforeseen circumstances; regular backups are recommended

Cardio Korean - Specific Terms

The following additional terms apply specifically to the Cardio Korean iOS app:

Subscription (Cardio+)

Pricing: $3.99 USD per month, billed through Apple's App Store
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Management: Manage or cancel your subscription through Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iOS device
Free Trial: If offered, any unused portion is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription

Content and Usage

All Korean language learning content is provided for personal educational use only
You may not redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the learning content
Audio content is licensed for personal use within the app only

Apple Terms

Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA)
Subscription disputes should be directed to Apple Support

Mobile & Desktop Apps - General Terms

The following terms apply to all Bullfighter Studio iOS, macOS, and watchOS applications (Timer Simple, Skipaword, Frames Made Simple, Postura, and others):

Apps are provided under Apple's Standard EULA unless otherwise specified
We are not responsible for compatibility issues arising from OS updates that are outside our control
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's refund policies
Apps that work offline store all data locally on your device; we have no access to this data

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Teams Chat Backup Pro is a one-time purchase digital product. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment.

No Refunds: Due to the instant delivery of digital goods, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Once Pro access is activated on your Chrome profile, the transaction is complete
Technical Issues: If the extension does not work as expected, contact us at betoxf18@gmail.com. We are committed to resolving any technical problems but will not issue refunds for user error, incompatibility, or change of mind
Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us directly may result in your license being revoked and your account being blocked from future purchases

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our software is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our software will meet your requirements or be error-free.

Limitation of Liability

Bullfighter Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our software.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
